Sharon graduated from the British School of Osteopathy (now the University College of Osteopathy) in 1995 and has been in full time practice, in the local area for over 25 years.
She works using primarily structural techniques and has had vast experience of working with acute and chronic problems. Sharon thoroughly enjoys the challenges of ongoing professional development undertaking many post-graduate courses, seminars and other activities continuing to update skills and competences to deliver high quality safe effective care.
Sharon follows no set routine in treatment seeing each person as an individual using a very broad range of self-adapted techniques. She is passionate about osteopathy and strives to find the best approach to reduce each person’s pain, help improve their posture and recommends simple exercises that can be easily fitted into a daily routine.
She is a member of the Institute of Osteopathy and the Academy of Physical Medicine.
