Philosophy of the Osteomyology Association moves away from the rigid, tunnel vision approach to conditions.  Multi-disciplined practitioners are able to adapt techniques for individial conditions and circumstances. Looking at both the symptioms and root causes of conditions.

The Association of Osteomyologists enchourages its members to pursue ongoing professional development (CPD). Looking at both the symptoms and root causes of conditions using a holistic approach to healing and rehabilitation.

Qualified Osteomyologists will have the letters MAO after their name, meaning Member of the Association of Osteomyologists.  This status indicates that they follow ethical guidelines and meet strict regulations.  They may also hold an Osteopathy Degree with Honours with the distinction of MAO(manip)
